Yoga to me is the movement of body, mind, and breath in a direction towards wellness. I started practicing yoga in 2019 after struggling with unresolved traumas that manifested into physical, mental, and emotional ailments. Yoga and meditation truly saved my life on so many levels. After my own experiences I decided to become a yoga teacher to help others heal and grow. In 2024 I got my certified for RYT200 from Updog Yoga. Besides yoga I love nature, animals, and traveling. Some of my other hobbies include reading, crocheting, and homesteading. During my classes you can expect to be challenged and fully supported where you are mentally and physically. I like to incorporate meditation into savasana. You will leave feeling accomplished and grounded. I look forward to seeing you soon! Namaste.
