The Essentials
Yoga Basics + Hatha
Move through basic yoga asanas, connect with your breath and learn to balance with grace. This practice includes postures/movements from seated, table top, standing, laying on your belly/back. Receive just the right amount of personal attention at a mindful, safe and slow pace. This class is designed with the absolute beginner in mind. However it is open to all levels.
Core
Pilates + Bodyweight Training
A 60-minute challenging mix of intense, dynamic core-stabilizing exercises to get your blood flowing. Learn movement complexes that focus on balance, mobility, and stability. Open to all levels, modifications are provided to keep you safe and injury free.
Align + Rise
Hatha + Slow Flow
A sweet combination of sensation and stillness. Ground down into simple, effective yoga postures to release tension in your body's deepest tissues. This class moves slowly and intentionally. This class is especially welcoming to seniors, beginners, and larger bodies.
Breath + Mediation
Discover the transformative power of mindful breathing and guided mediation as you unwind, release, and find a deeper connection to your inner world. Strengthen + Lengthen
Experience a harmonious blend of strength and length in this nurturing class. Longer holds in the first half enhance alignment and inner strength, while the second half offers a tranquil journey with extended lengthening poses for a deep stretch, nurturing both body and spirit. This gentle fusion leaves you feeling softly empowered and rejuvenated. Honoring your body's wisdom and embracing tranquility.
Heal + Restore
Rest + De-Stress
In an atmosphere of dreamy stillness, this sacred restful practice will combine deep breathing, yin and supportive restorative postures to help release stress and tension from the body and mind. Allowing your physical self time to rest. Give yourself the spacious time to heal and align the subtle body. Open to all levels.
Sculpt
Low Impact + High Intensity
Experience a transformative workout focusing on the body's major muscle groups. Sculpt offers low-impact, high intensity isometric movements to increase flexibility, strength, and tone. Inspired by Pilates, enhance your strength and flexibility with breath focused exercises.
Prana Flow
Vinyasa + Slow Flow
An energizing and challenging practice focusing on movement and breath. This class will have your heart rate elevated, and leave you feeling strong and confident. For this practice you should be able to confidently get up and down from the mat. This is the most challenging class Soul Nectar offers.

Yin + Mindfulness
A yin practice includes long pauses in passive postures, from seated, tabletop, or laying down, to guide your mind toward stillness while inviting your body to release tension or habitual holding and experience profound relaxation. Explore what your body needs, and notice how it feels to finally find freedom in your body and mind. Open to all levels.
