Yoga Basics
Move through basic yoga asanas, connect with your breath and learn to balance with grace. This practice includes postures/movements from seated, table top, standing, laying on your belly/back. Receive just the right amount of personal attention at a mindful, safe and slow pace. This class is designed with the absolute beginner in mind. However it is open to all levels.
Vin + Yin
Experience the perfect blend of flow and stillness with our Vin + Yin class. Being with an energizing Vinyasa flow to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and connect breathe with movement. Then, ease into a Restorative Yin practice, sinking into deep, passive stretches to release tension and invite profound relaxation. This balanced combination will leave you feeling strong, centered, and full relaxed - giving your body and mind the best of both worlds. Open to all levels.
Empower
(Strength + Yoga Fusion)
Build strength, stability, and confidence in this dynamic full-body workout blending yoga, resistance training, and breath-focused movement. Using light weights and resistance bands, you'll move through targeted exercises designed to tone, sculpt, and energize while staying deeply connected to your breath and body. Expect, empowering sequences and mindful intensity - all wrapped in a class that challenges and supports you in equal measure.
Slow Flow
Experience this class offers a "slightly slower" pace compared to our Vinyasa classes, focusing on deep, mindful movements and extended holds. It's perfect for those looking to enhance their body awareness and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and relaxation, while still receiving quite a bit of challenge.
Restorative
In an atmosphere of dreamy stillness, this restful practice combines gentle yin and deeply supportive restorative postures to help release stress and tension from your body and mind. Give yourself this spacious practice to rest and digest. Open to all levels. This class is primary done on the ground, from seated, tabletop, and laying down.
Sculpt
(Low Impact + High Intensity)
Experience a transformative workout focusing on the body's major muscle groups. Sculpt offers low-impact, high intensity isometric movements to increase flexibility, strength, and tone. Inspired by Mat Pilates, enhance your strength and flexibility with breath focused exercises.
Chair Yoga
Move through basic yoga asana and connect with your breath and learn to balance with grace. This practice includes postures/movements from seated in a chair, modifications are provided so that you can experience a gentle, moderate, or challenging practice that matches your energy and mood. Receive just the right amount of personal attention at a mindful, safe and slow pace. Open to all levels.
Vinyasa Flow
An energizing and challenging practice focusing on movement and breath. This class will have your heart rate elevated, and leave you feeling strong and confident. For this practice you should be able to confidently get up and down from the mat. This is the most challenging class that we offer.
Inner Yin Calm
A yin practice includes long pauses in passive postures, from seated, tabletop, or laying down, to guide your mind toward stillness while inviting your body to release tension or habitual holding and experience profound relaxation. Explore what your body needs, and notice how it feels to finally find freedom in your body and mind. Open to all levels.
Ashtanga
(Short Form)
Experience a set sequence of foundational postures linked by breath and movement, designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This shorter form of the traditional ashtanga practice offers structure and repetition, helping you deepen your connection to your body over time. Expect a steady, rhythmic flow with plenty of options to modify and grow.
